Wisdom Teeth

After rescheduling multiple times (Sophie has a busy social calendar) we finally made it into to get Sophia's wisdom teeth out. She did well during the procedure. Her friend Maycie came with us, without Maycie probably would have slept all of the way home. But thanks to Maycie's prodding, Sophie said some pretty funny things on the way home. She was very childlike in her questions, she kept asking If she had stitches, and if we were going to pick up her medicine and if her milkshake was going to be good. She asked those questions again and again and again. Maycie also got her to talk about her crush, Christian, and talk about Christian and his good looks she did! It was hilarious. We picked up her milkshake, and got her settled at home in the reclining arm chair, where she stayed and slept most of the weekend. Glad to have another wisdome teeth surgery behind us.

Luke won a helmet in a drawing. It was a little small for his head (and Logan's) so he gave it to his cousin, JP.

Opening presents, note the birthday hat. Maycie made Sophia one for her birthday, and Ethan made it known he wanted one for his birthday too. He was not disappointed!

We went to the Houston Aquarium to celebrate.

He wanted to eat at The Cheesecake Factory for his birthday. So we combined several birthday dinners and celebrated all together. Ethan enjoyed trying the varied vegetarian foods from the menu.
