The church stepped out of Scouts at the beginning of the year. Several families in the two wards got together and formed a scout troop so the boys who would like to get their eagles, can still accomplish that goal. Our home has been the nominated gathering spot for troop meetings and trainings. I snapped this photo during a Saturday leadership training. The boys seem to really be enjoying themselves. Preston has all of his required merit badges, he only needs to do his Eagle Project!

Dog Sitting
Dog sitting... Lezli Thompson needed help with her dogs. When Preston was home with the hives, he and Logan came with me to check on them. That night, Sophia went and dog-sat. She made excellent money watching tv, I mean the dogs.

Hives
Preston came home from school with a terrible case of hives. It went away immediately after taking Benadryl. I still kept him home from school for a day to keep an eye on him. They have came and gone for the a month, and we still can't figure out the trigger.

Swim Lessons
Logan took swim lessons last summer, and has asked regularly, ever since we stopped, if he could start back up again. I finally got it set up, and he has loved every second of it. He pushes himself hard every lesson, and has made so much progress!

Tennis Tryouts
They had so many kids tryout, they are having a second tryout next week! Preston is bummed he has to wait a whole week to find out if we made the team. Fingers crossed!
Snoozing
I was so surprised to come to bed and see Doug and Luke all cozied up. Usually Doug can’t sleep with any kids touching him. Nobody remembered this in the morning.
