Piñata
Ethan made this pinata at Spanish class He was so excited to fill it (he used his own Halloween candy.) He let us all take a turn to break it. It was actually really strong and the kids all got to hit it multiple times with all their strength to break it!

Sophie is a great BFF!

Piano recital
Sophie started taking piano from Ellie Campbell. She is enjoying playing more modern songs and being more independent in her study of the piano, She did a great job at her recital!

We were one month late on his we'll check up... But here's our cuties stats!

Playground demolition
We bought the swing set when we moved in. It has served us well for many years. Doug has fixed and reinforced it over the years. However the Texas elements have worn it down and we started to worry that it was going to collapse on a kid one of these days. Soooo we paid Porter to demolish it He had a great day taking an axe to the structure, I mean what better way to take our your aggression? It took him five hours to take it down and rebuild the slide from the remnants. He told me it was one of his best days ever! For the next couple of weeks he filled the garbage can each garbage day to get rid of the debris.. Seriously, we need a farm so we can put our kids to good honest hard work!
