Ward Fall Festival
The men had a chili cook-off. The relief society women had a dessert contest. Preston wanted to make peanut butter bars. I thought that was a great idea. I didn't have time to make anything. They were delish, definitely one of his talents it to make them. Apparently the ward agreed, because he WON the whole CONTEST!!!

Living History Museum
Dad was making fun of my winter garb, despite the fact it wasn't freezing. I was comfortable, and would have been cold without my extra layers.

Ethan's Field Trip
We went to the Sophienberg museum (full of the history of New Braunfels) and we went to a living history museum park. I love that kind of stuff. So in my opinion, it was one of the best field trips I've ever been on.

Sibling swimmers
I heard Sophia telling “Go Porter!” During his face.
A couple of events later Sophia won her 50 fly, beating NB senior. Every swimmer and every spectator at the Canyon pool could hear Porter’s triumphant cheer, “Oh yeah! That’s my sister!”
It was a super sweet mom moment for me, to see one child celebrating another. And to see them both cheering each other on.

We watched the broadcast then went to dinner at BJ's . It was all good! The spiritual and the food, especially the pazookie!
